Information to gather
- full name on the memorial,
- field, row, grave number and all suffixes,
- photograph of the complete grave and surroundings,
- requested one-off or recurring work,
- preferred timing and a reachable contact,
- any known conditions of the right of use or cemetery rules.
If the location is missing, begin with grave search. The official plan shows fields and paths, not names.
Clarify design constraints first
